The Second Act is a mission to help experienced professionals build independent professional leverage before they need it.
It is for the man who has spent decades building a strong career inside an organisation, and who is beginning to realise that his professional security is rented, not owned. That his options are narrowing. That the window to build something different, something with real ownership and real independence, does not stay open indefinitely.
The Second Act gives him the thinking, the framework, and the community to start building before the pressure arrives.
